The world’s most expensive sausages, costing £37 each – more than 100 times the cost of your average banger – have been made by a British butcher.
Kevin Turner, a third generation butcher from A Taylor and Sons in Aldershot, took up the challenge to commemorate British Sausage Week, which runs from November 2 to November 8.
Crafted by the butchers who have provided meat for the Queen, the premium recipe includes truffles, 1947 vintage port and mature stilton cheese.
