Wicked Indulgent Sausages – Serves 4

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ready in: 30 minutes
Ingredients: 384g Musk’s Original Sausages
25gm butter
300ml cider
salt and pepper
8 prunes
2 tbs redcurrent or cranberry jelly or sauce
Directions: Soak the prunes in the cider overnight, melt the butter and brown the sausages. Add the rest of the ingredients apart from the last and cook for 20 mins over a gentle heat. Remove the sausages and prunes and keep warm, add redcurrent or cranberry, whisk until fairly smooth and thicken if necessary.

Serve with creamed potatoes, broccoli and a nice glass of cider.
