Food is big business, so Suffolk Business Hub is delighted to have two excellent speakers, both fanatical crusaders for great food producers. Chris Bushby, Executive Director of the Suffolk Agricultural Association, talks about his work making sure our fantastic Suffolk produce gets the recognition and customers it’s worthy of and the importance of the Suffolk Show on the food business calendar.
The ‘Sausage King’, Stephen Plume, also a resident East Anglian then takes us on a journey, beginning with frustrating, unpredictable sausage purchases, to a website listing hundreds of recommendations, a project with the BBC and national notoriety! Take a look for yourself – www.sausagefans.co.uk
