The search for the olympic sausage may be over!
Earlier I saw a tweet from @suffolkfoodhall and @GtheButcher with the picture below attached:
Handmade in-house and, they promise, that if cooked carefully this could be cooked on a BBQ. And what BBQ is complete without one of these!
I can’t wait to try them for myself.
