The winners of the competition this year were:
- Handmade breakfast sausage by Frank Parker Butchers in Nuneaton
- Cumberland sausage by the Broad Oak Farm Sausage Company in Essex
- Sicilian fennel traditional style sausage by Fairfax Meadow in London
Renowned French chef and Sausage Week ambassador Michel Roux Jr revealed the winners at a ceremony earlier this week.

Butchery development manager for Agriculture and Horticulture Development Board Pork, and head judge, Keith Fisher said: “With sausage pride running high, the competition to mark the 18thannual British Sausage Week was particularly fierce.
