MOUTH-watering sausages will be the aim for John Masefield High School pupils when they enter a sizzling recipe competition.

The School’s Best Banger contest involves pupils coming up with a recipe which reflects Herefordshire, giving it a catchy name, and then designing a poster campaign to promote it.

The competition is an opportunity for the school to participate in the Food and Farming campaign and learn more about where their food comes from.

The grand final of the competition will be held in January of next year.
