Pork, Stilton and Cranberries – another beautiful sausage with a perfect blend from Rothbury Family Butchers.
I had saved one of these excellent sausages to slowly eat as I wrote about them however, it has already gone!
These sausages are simply excellent. With other sausages involving stilton which we have sampled before we have found the stilton to be overpowering. Not in this case!
The blend really is perfect. The flavours of the pork and stilton are enhanced by the subtle cranberries.
