In search of wine (part 2)

I’m searching the country looking for sausage perfection.

I’ve tried some great recipes as I seek out traditional sausage making techniques and quality local ingredients.

My adventures looking for the best creations have taken me far and wide!

In this video Johnny, from Vanvino, and I meet up with George, from The Wood Kitchen, to pair some of the finest charcuterie, with amazing wood baked pizza and fine wine!

British charcuterie is amongst some of the finest in the World and one of the finest charcuterie producers in the country is Marsh Pig who are nestled in the Norfolk countryside.  I love an excuse to go and hang out with the Marsh Pig ladies and on this visit I picked up some of their fennel salami and some lightly smoked Chorizo.  All of the Marsh Pig range is amazing but I knew these would make the pizza magic happen!

George’s amazing pizza van is available for weddings and parties and really is an incredible invention.  George knows food and as soon as he saw the magical meaty delights from Marsh Pig he came up with some cracking pizza recipes.

As always Johnny had found the perfect wines to match the perfect pizzas!  Let me know what you think.
