Hot Sausage Dip – Serves 4

|Ingredients:||1lb ground beef
1lb hot sausage
2lbs Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 can chopped jalapeno pepper (as hot as desired)
|Directions:||1. Brown ground beef and sausage (drain well).
2. Melt cheese, soup, add peppers and garlic powder.
3. Add to ground beef/sausage mixture and keep warm in a crock-pot.
4. Serve with Tortilla Chips.
