This time they won gold and silver at the British Sausage Week East Midlands regional finals. Their ploughman’s sausage took gold and will go forward to the national final on November 5 at Nottingham, to be judged by chef Simon Rimmer.
They received a silver for their traditional pork sausage.
James and Henny Pinchin will be holding a taster sausage day on November 7, from 10.30am to 3pm. And they will have a sausage night on Friday, November 8. Places are limited and should be booked on 01205 460632.
