Cod and Sea Weed sausage – Serves 4

Ingredients: | 500g of cod 25g of raw sea weed salt and ground black pepper | |
Directions: | Blend the cod until it it is coarsely mixed and then add the sea weed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stuff into natural casings linking according to preference.
Boil for 15 minutes and then brown under the grill. |
