Chorizo Sausage – Serves 6

| Ready in: | 10 minutes | |
| Ingredients: | 4-6 chorizo mild or hot sausages 3 tbsp olive oil |

| Directions: | Slice the chorizo into even slices. Heat the oil in a frying over a moderate high-heat. Place the chorizo sausages in the frying pan and cook them for a minute on each side so that they are hot and cooked through. Serve hot. | |
