Chorizo Sausage

Chorizo Sausage – Serves 6

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes
Ready in: 10 minutes
Ingredients: 4-6 chorizo mild or hot sausages
3 tbsp olive oil
Directions: Slice the chorizo into even slices. Heat the oil in a frying over a moderate high-heat. Place the chorizo sausages in the frying pan and cook them for a minute on each side so that they are hot and cooked through. Serve hot.
