Champion of Champions
Next week is the Champion of Champions sausage competition down at Butcher’s Hall in London. I am lucky enough to be on the panel of judges this year and was already looking forward to it.
If it was possible to be more excited, I am now! Having seen the entrants to this year’s competition I can tell you it is going to be a very very tough competition to judge as the quality of the entrants is higher than ever.
