Angela’s bonfire night special! – Serves 4

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ready in: 35 minutes
Ingredients: Chorizo sauage
Chopped chorizo sausage

Tomatoe sauce
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 onion
1 tbsp tomatoe puree
4 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
Black pepper to taste

Directions: Sweat onions and garlic until tender

Pour in canned tomatoes, tomatoe puree, black Pepper, sweet chilli sauce and cook together until a smooth sauce

Put in chorizo sausage cook until tender.
